The main function of the empty load carriage is to bear the weight of the object, spreader and chain. In the vertical bending section, it also bears the resultant force of the chain tension, and can ensure that the chain runs according to the track line. When the distance between two load sliders exceeds 800-900mm, a no-load sliders can be added in the middle.
The carriage is used to support the chain, bear the object, and is towed by the chain along the I-beam track. The carriage with a hanging plate and hanging tools on the hanging plate pin is called load carriage.
